Pagniello in 2016 concentrating in the areas of Social Security disability, Workers’ Compensation, Auto Accidents, and other Personal Injury matters. She finds joy and purpose in easing the anxiety of her clients by offering reliable legal advice and compassionate reassurance during life’s difficult times.

Valencia earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in German from Howard University in the District of Columbia. Throughout her undergraduate studies she served as a teacher’s assistant and tutor within the public and private DC school system. She went on to graduate from Howard in the top 10% of her graduating class with magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Valencia later earned her Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law in South Carolina. While there she served as Community Service Chair and Vice President of the Black Law Students Association. Valencia took part with members of the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) and the Juvenile Law Center in writing an Amicus Curiae brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in regard to the J.D.B. v.
